6-10: "'Let's Outlaw Illegal Guns.' That best describes the latest scam: making innocent Americans pay the price for the barbaric violence of a wealthy, international criminal enterprise-the Mexican drug cartels. The phony notion that drug cartels, equipped with helicopters, RPGs and grenade launchers, get their armament from some "mom & pop" retail shop in Yuma, Ariz., is now the mantra of U.S. Sen. John Kerry, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein, among others. All of these gun-ban extremists are using the $30-billion-a-year drug-gang violence in Mexico to demand a new, draconian semi-automatic ban in the U.S." This and more from Wayne LaPierre on the Standing Guard page in the NRA section of the Extra department.
6-9: "Armed Citizen" is an article in the "American Rifleman" very similar to one of my favorite feature articles in "Guns & Ammo" called "Armed Response". These articles consist of short accounts describing the use of firearms by private citizens to protect lives and property. These are the stories that the mainstream media ignore because they are not so much interested in presenting the truth as much as they are interested in furthering their anti-gun agendas. Some very interesting reading here. It's going on in the NRA section of the Extra department.
6-8: Well well well, folding@home was gracious enough to update it's stats. It's been what, 2 weeks now? You guys are on the ball over there. In that time period Team Crunchinator earned 7, 366 points by crunching 19 work units. We even went up a little in the percentage points. It's all happening in the Hobbies department today.

Run like hell and don't look back, you don't want to be the grouper that gets reeled in, you want to be the sailfish swimming deep and free! If you are my wife reading this, I'm just joking my little snookie wookie huggy bunny, life has never been better!! Everybody else, you can catch up on last month by jumping to the Month of May in the News Archives.
